From day one the buying process is simple. The first step is to fill a reservation agreement that provides the terms and condition of the seller, a small reservation fee/deposit is reasonable to secure a property subject to refund in the event that reasonable terms of purchase cannot be agreed prior to agreeing and signing the purchase agreements.  Then you will receive for review a sales/purchase contract that will be accompanied by Cap Cana’s rules and regulations; if you are purchasing a condominium, you may also receive the “Condominium Rules” which are prescribed by law this rules are relating to the common areas surrounding the condominium.

After all of the terms are agreed on and the contract is signed we assist you with the after sales steps.
