The Cap Cana Marina is the cornerstone of the project, designed to be, at its completion, the most modern and complete marina in the Caribbean. The marina is being constructed in three phases, with an investment of approximately 200 million dollars. On April, 2007 stage one of Phase I was inaugurated with 89 moorings providing full service with 50,000 gallon fuel capacity at high speed pumping and handling yachts up to 150 feet in length. The marina also provides boat maintenance services as well as on-site port and customs authorities.
